2) AARP:NRTA Advocacy Conference in Washington D.C.
As one of the founding orgaizations of the National Retired Teacher's Association (NRTA), RTAC was invited to participate in this year's conference with AARP paying all expenses for two RTAC officers.

The audience included disabled veterans, firefighters,
police and retired teachers (RTAC members).
After the show we were treated to a REALLY nice dinner at Mastro's
Steakhouse (Grand & Dearborn).
