Elizabeth Mackie’s CPS career focused on special needs students at the middle/upper elementary and high school levels. She continues to be active in the Illinois Council for Children with Behavioral Disorders. She joined RTAC in 2010. During her first term as a RTAC Director, she attends various committee meetings to gain insight into the organization’s activities.
