Kevin B. Huber, previously served as CTPF’s Executive Director. Following his 2014 retirement from that position, he joined RTAC. He has served as a Director of the RTAC Board since 2017 where he has been a member of the Finance and Legislative Committees.  In 2022-23 he contacted various investment organizations to facilitate RTAC’s transition to a new investment organization. He is also active in civic organizations, including the Libertyville Police Pension Board and the Illinois Student Assistance Foundation.
