Lillian Degand joined RTAC following her retirement from CPS. Presently, she serves as a Student Teacher Supervisor for National Lewis University and as a CPS Substitute. She is looking forward to working with RTAC on the Communication, Membership, and/or Social Committees. She also suggested some possible initiatives for inclusion in future luncheons.  Lillian  also believes that she can support RTAC’s Membership Committee by distributing our membership/recruitment materials as she circulates within the Chicago Public Schools as a student teacher supervisor and substitute teacher.
