Dr. Louella B. Preston
President
Louella’s prior
service as RTAC and CRTAF First Vice President for
three previous administrations afforded her with a
variety of experiences which will enable her to
effectively move RTAC and CRTAF towards RTAC’s
100th anniversary in 2026. Her CPS career included
a principalship and administrative roles in a
variety of special needs programs. She joined RTAC
in 2006 and was elected to a directorship in 2011.
She has served as a member and chair of RTAC’s
Legislative Committee Her status as an attorney
led her to serve as Chairperson of RTAC’s Legal
Committee, which addresses a variety of legal
matters, including RTAC’s Independent Contractor
agreements. She is active in her local church
community as well as in civic organizations.
