First Vice President
Rita Naughton presently is RTAC’s Second Vice President. Rita spent most of her CPS career as a counselor and a case manager for special education students until her retirement in 2006 when she joined RTAC. She was elected to serve as a Director in 2009 and has been active on both the Finance and Social Committees. She has also been Chairperson of the RTAC Social Committee which strives to provide an ideal experience for members and guests attending this popular event. She led the current Social Committee in restarting RTAC’s semi-annual luncheons/business meetings in Fall 2022 and Spring 2023. At present they are working on the Fall 2023 event. In addition, Rita served as RTAC’s Nominating Committee Chairperson in 2012, 2015, 2022. Throughout her life she has also been active in her church community.
