Treasurer
Hubert has served as RTAC’s and CRTAF’s Treasurer since 2019. In that role he has a wide range of responsibilities per the two organizations’ bylaws. He joined RTAC in 2009 following his retirement from teaching Social Studies courses in various Chicago Public High Schools. In 2011, he was elected as a RTAC Director where he quickly became involved with the Membership Committee which he has chaired since 2015. He focuses upon meeting, engaging, and recruiting current and prospective CPS retirees at a variety of civic and community events. He continues to be acknowledged for his successes in mentoring Chicago’s youth, his work on behalf of his church community and the Phillips High School Alumni Association.
