Post-Halloween
MS Word and MS Excel Tricks and Treats
Roy Coleman, RTAC’s webmaster, will demonstrate a number
of techniques and shortcuts that make it easier to use
Microsoft’s Word and Excel. Some Word examples: selecting a
bloc of text without dragging the cursor, tables vs columns,
and inserting graphics. Some Excel examples: wrapping text in
a cell, inserting an ‘Enter’ in a cell, selective sorting by
color; copying the contents of a cell to the entire column and
how to shrink a sheet to fit a printed page. Finally,
where/how to get a FREE compatible office suite.
