Maria Fresse-Giffels became a RTAC Director in 2019. Following the passing of RTAC/CRTAF Secretary Sylvia Asllani, Maria was appointed to serve as the Interim Secretary beginning in August 2022.. She currently is a member of the Finance and Bylaws Committees. During her CPS career, Maria worked in the Office of Language and Cultural Education and served in a variety of school-based positions. Presently, she also is active with the Network of Hispanic Administrators in Education, Delta Kappa Gamma and Latinos 2000.
